3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings for conference room, event spaces, or workspace occupancy are subject to availability and KBBDC’s approval. Rates are as published or quoted at the time of booking. Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms or invoices provided.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for conference rooms or event spaces must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Workspace occupancy notice periods are governed by individual occupancy agreements.

5. Liability

KBBDC is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. While we strive to provide a secure and reliable environment, we are not liable for any business interruption, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our facilities or internet services.

The content on this website, including logos, text, and designs, is the property of KBBDC and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorised use of any materials is strictly prohibited.
